"Customization wasn't really worth it"
I ordered a custom clipper set, but the name and design didn’t come out as clean as I was hoping. The print was really a bit crooked and looked lighter than the pictures showed. The clippers work fine, so no issue there, but since I paid extra for the customization, I really expected it to look better. Shipping was okay, but I probably wouldn’t order a custom item again.

"Promo wasn’t as clear as it seemed"
I ordered from Clippers Store because they had a promo showing on the site, and it looked like I was going to save more than I actually did. That was the main reason I went ahead with the order.
Once I got to checkout, the discount seemed to change a bit, and some of the details weren’t really obvious until the very end. Maybe there was small print I missed, but it really should’ve been easier to understand before paying.
The product itself showed up fine, so I can’t complain about that part. But the promo felt confusing, and nobody followed up or explained anything afterward, which was annoying. I’d probably double-check prices a lot more carefully next time

Shipping was inexpensive, which I appreciated. There weren’t any surprise fees at checkout either, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered from clippersstore.com and, to be fair, the clippers did show up in good condition, so I can’t complain about the actual product. The annoying part was the shipping. It took longer than I was hoping, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which always makes me wonder what’s actually going on.
I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i don’t really trust that they’d give me anything besides a generic copy-paste answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just frustrating if you need your order quickly. I might buy again, but only if I’m not in a rush...

"It arrived, but the lack of updates stressed me out"
I ordered from clippersstore.com and, to be fair, my order did actually show up, so I can’t say it was a total disaster or anything. But the whole process felt a little sketchy at times. The website is basic, which isn’t always a problem, but after I paid I barely got any updates. Like… why do I have to sit there wondering if my money just disappeared? Customer service did reply, but it took a couple of days, so that didn’t exactly help my confidence. Overall, it was okay in the end, but I’d definitely be cautious. If I ordered again, I’d probably use PayPal just for some extra peace of mind.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering clippers: mine showed up later than expected, and the box was banged up when it arrived. The clippers themselves were okay, but getting a response from support took way longer than I’d hoped. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I’d probably only order if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting a bit for help if something goes wrong

"Customer service replies were sooo slow"
Ordered from clippersstore.com and the product itself was fine tbh, but trying to get help was kinda annoying. I emailed customer service with a delivery question and it took days for them to reply. When they finally did, the response was super short and didn’t really answer everything, so I had to message them again. Not the worst store ever lol, but their support is way too slow imo.

"Wrong items showed up somehow"
I opened the package and it was just... not what I ordered. I double-checked what I picked, because maybe I messed up, but nope, totally different stuff showed up. Kind of frustrating since I was expecting the other item, and now I have to deal with sorting it out

I feel kind of embarrassed even complaining because the clippers themselves were totally fine, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was a bit crushed and the tape looked messy. Nothing was broken, thankfully, I just expected the packing to be a little better for the price.
"Exchange process was really frustrating"
I tried to exchange a clipper because it wasn’t the right one, and the whole process was a mess. Emails took forever to get answered, they kept asking me for the same info over and over, and in the end I still had to pay extra shipping. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt way more difficult than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order from there again

I was surprised by how high the prices were here. After checking around, it seems like plenty of other people are finding better deals elsewhere too. I ended up seeing the same thing cheaper at another place, so I’d probably shop around first

I just used Clippersstore.com recently, so it’s fresh in my mind, and it was easy to use. The categories loaded without any issues, and checkout went through smoothly, which is always the main thing for me. A few product pages could definitely use more details, but for what I needed this time, it worked well overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Fine gift, just a bit plain"
Got these from clippersstore.com for my brother. The clippers looked decent, worked fine, and he was happy with them, so no real complaints there.
Only thing: the packaging felt plain, not very gift-ready, so I had to wrap it better myself. Delivery was okay, not quick. Good if they already want clippers, just not the most exciting gift.
